Can you work on existing infrastructure?
We can survey the environment and evaluate what is worth keeping, upgrading or replacing. The decision depends on the condition, needs and compatibility of the components.
Does the proposal include equipment and installation?
The budget identifies the supply and the services included. If there are licenses, subscriptions or third-party services, their conditions are detailed.
Do you work with Fortinet?
We can evaluate Fortinet-based perimeter security solutions within the scope of the project. Products, licenses, services and administration capabilities are defined in the proposal.
Can the installation be done without disrupting operations?
Dependencies and the required changes are reviewed to plan the work. When a maintenance window or a transition is needed, it is agreed with the people responsible for the operation.
Do you include monitoring and continuous support?
Administration, monitoring and support are specified in the contract. Continuous coverage or response times that have not been agreed are not assumed.
What coverage do you have for on-site work?
Location, travel and support requirements are evaluated for each proposal. Tell us where your operation is and what work you need.
