Odoo implementations

We connect sales, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, administration and people on a single management platform. We start by understanding how you work, define the scope and support your team through go-live.

Tell us what you need. We can start with a free initial assessment.

When operations grow, processes need to keep up

Information ends up spread across spreadsheets and systems. The same data is entered several times. To find out the status of a sale, a purchase or a project, you have to ask different people.

An Odoo implementation lets you review those workflows and connect the areas involved. Defining the process properly and preparing the team are part of the work.

Connected information

Organize the data your areas share and define who records it, who uses it and who validates it.

Clear responsibilities

Set up workflows, permissions and approvals that fit your operation.

Visibility to manage

Track process progress and relevant indicators from the information recorded in the system.

A scope designed around the way you work

We can start with one area or with a project that connects several. The proposal identifies the processes, features, people involved and the criteria used to review each delivery.

AreaWhat we can organize
SalesOpportunities, quotations, orders and customer follow-up
Purchasing and inventoryRequests, purchases, stock moves and availability
ManufacturingPlanning, manufacturing orders, materials and production tracking
AdministrationInvoicing and accounting workflows, according to the scope and applicable requirements
Projects and servicesTasks, time spent, progress and the link to invoicing
PeopleTeam management processes and user training

Specific features are defined during the assessment. If a process requires an integration or development, we evaluate it within the project scope.

How we work

  1. We understand the operation

We review processes, systems, data and needs with the people who know them. We identify priorities and dependencies.

What we definecurrent situation, goals and the first stage of work.

  2. We agree on the scope

We document what will be implemented, what is left out and how it is validated. We evaluate the use of standard features and the adaptations required.

What you receivea proposal with deliverables, responsibilities and conditions.

  3. We configure and validate

We work on the agreed processes and review progress with your team. Testing is based on situations that represent your operation.

What we review togetherthat each workflow meets what was defined before it is used in production.

  4. We prepare the data and the people

We define the information to be migrated, who validates it and the preparation it needs. Training is organized around the roles that will use the system.

What we leave readyreviewed data, users and working guidelines for go-live.

  5. We go live and support you

We coordinate the move to production and the agreed support. We log the adjustments and improvements that come up during use.

What we agree onowners, channels and scope of ongoing support.

What the proposal covers

The budget separates implementation services from licenses, hosting, integrations and ongoing support. The scope defines which components are included and which require a specific contract.

Data migration is scoped too: master data, open transactions and history may need different work. We define this before starting.

If a new need comes up, we review its impact on scope, timeline and cost before adding it.

Your team takes part from the start

The implementation needs a lead who helps set priorities and people from each area who can review processes, validate data and test workflows. We agree on that involvement so the project moves forward with clear decisions.

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to implement Odoo?

It depends on the processes included, data preparation, integrations and the adaptations required. First we scope the work and then we present a proposal. You can learn about the components in our guide to the cost of implementing Odoo.

How long does it take?

The timeline depends on the scope and on the availability of the people who make decisions, prepare data and validate. We can consider a phased implementation that starts with the priority processes. The schedule is agreed during the assessment.

Can we start with a single area?

Yes, we can evaluate a limited initial scope. We review its dependencies with other areas so that the first stage makes operational sense and allows the project to continue.

What happens to the information in our current system?

We define which information is worth migrating, how to obtain it and who validates its quality. The tests set out in the scope are carried out before the final load. Full history is not assumed to be included: it is evaluated based on its usefulness and complexity.

Do you work with Odoo Enterprise?

Yes. Our implementation approach focuses on Odoo Enterprise. We review your organization’s requirements to define the solution, hosting and services needed. The license and its conditions are identified in the proposal.

Can Odoo be integrated with the systems we already use?

We evaluate what data needs to be exchanged and what mechanisms each system offers. The feasibility, responsibilities and maintenance of each integration are part of the technical definition.

What does training include?

It is defined according to the processes implemented and the people who will use them. The proposal sets out the roles, training sessions and materials included.

What happens after go-live?

We agree on the initial support and the type of ongoing support. The channel, hours, response times and scope are specified in the corresponding contract.

What if we already use Odoo?

We can start with an Odoo audit and assessment to understand the current state and prioritize improvements.

Shall we start?

Let’s start by understanding your operation

Tell us which processes you want to connect, which systems you use and what you need to solve first. With that information we can define the next step.

Free initial assessment. We review your situation and what you need to solve, and propose the next steps.
